For just one invoice, I received a message from Amazon parallel testing saying "we found that the ITD segment on your EDI invoice is not been recognized by our system." They ask that I "correct the invoice with the segment below".
I can find no information regarding ITD segments. There is nothing "below" in the email.
All bright ideas welcome!
