I issued POA's for PO PA15130BL, NV14473BL, & WI14536BL. We still haven’t seen the updated PO’s hit the web yet since we issued the POA’s. We’re now having an issue submitting ASN’s and Invoices, which I believe is due to the fact the updated PO’s haven’t been generated. We’re being told ‘documents could not be viewed at this time.’ Please advise ASAP.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Our system does not generate new POs for you when you send a PO Acknowledgement. Any updated POs would need to be sent by your retailer as a PO Change document to appear in our system and update the old POs. 

For viewing documents, you may be experiencing a unique issue. I would recommend reaching out to our Support team at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 to see if we can make sure you can view your documents.
