Is there any way to speak directly with an EDI contact at Amazon.com? The email contact does not seem to be efficient enough.

Hi Michelle!

I spoke with the Amazon Account Manager, and he advised we have generic EDI contacts for Amazon as well. One contact I have is na-ei-operations@amazon.com. I would recommend reaching out to that contact, or through Vendor Central. If I come up with any other Amazon contacts I will let you know!

It is unfortunate that Amazon does not provide phone contact with a human for their EDI department, sometimes there is a situation so complex that person to person conversation is required. I hope they will see fit to change this at some point. Thank you for all you do, have a great day!
