Great question! Within the Defaults menu, you have an option to create 'Setup Lookups' that will allow information to populate into your forms based on what is sent in the original Purchase Order.
If you are looking to add 'Setup Lookups' for multiple Ship From Locations, you will want to add all necessary information based on the Ship From name. To do this, navigate to your Defaults menu and select 'Ship From' from the list of fields.Next, click on 'Setup Lookups' and choose 'Ship from Name' from the available fields, and click Ok. Use the plus sign to generate a new line for information and add the Ship From Name and corresponding Ship From Address information. Continue adding additional lines with new Ship From Names and Addresses as needed. Once you have entered all necessary information, activate your Defaults and save.
