I've tried using the advanced rules but they haven't worked since the transition. I've opened numerous cases with little to no response. Good Luck

Hi Allie,
Anytime i contact SPS a case is created, the original case stems back. Can you provide me with a link to the training course on the rules. I am unable to locate it.

We do create a case each time you contact us, so that we can keep track for our records. You should receive a case response email immediately, and then an analyst can respond within 48 hours. There is a link called "Training and Education" on the right side of the HomePage here in the Support Center! It is in a bright blue menu box.
