We need to add several UPCs to the Inventory Advice document and use templates to create daily reports. Is there a way to sort the template by a column to make it easier for us to add styles not already in the template? If not, is there a way that we can upload a spreadsheet to create a new template?

Hello K!

In our WebForms product, you can always upload a new spreadsheet to your Item Repository to update your items. You can do this by following the below steps:
  • Log into WebForms and enter WebForms Fulfillment
  • Click "Preferences" on the left-hand side menu
  • Click "Edit" next to Item Repository
  • Download current repository using "Download" link
  • Adjust anything you need to change in your spreadsheet
  • Re-Upload spreadsheet with new information.
Once your Item Repository is updated, you can go to create your document, and create a new template (create a new blank document, and then use "Save as New Template" option). If you want to have a new name, that works, otherwise you can use the same name as your old template to overwrite the old one and replace with the new one instead.

Currently, the Item Repository function is not yet available in Fulfillment, along with the option to edit templates. In the new Fulfillment platform you can only create new templates. To add items to your repository and edit, you will need to use the classic WebForms platform at
