hello, we were receiving hundreds of orders (target.gsi.etc) then all of a sudden there was a drop in numbers (by hundreds) is there a delay we should be aware of?

Dear Tracy,

Thank you for posting in the SPS Support Center!

The first thing i would like to mention is that since Monday Target has been having a few issues.  I believe that began due to the high volume of data being transferred on cyber Monday. 

In terms of the other companies we did have a few processing delays, at this point I believe they have been resolved and dataflow should be restored.  If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us again.

thank you for the quick update.   Target is the biggest issue we are having at the moment.   Are the issues there resolved yet?  as we normally would be receiving a hundred orders or more from them alone... we received 2.  very strange.   if the issue is not fixed, do we know when it will be?  thanks

Here is the update we just got from Target:

Target is currently experiencing a data delay for all docs leaving their system. They are processing a high volume of documents. We connected directly with them and they advised to expect your purchase orders, however, they do not have a timeline of when those should arrive in your system.

thank for the information.    i know you said there is not timeline, so I assume the orders will just start appearing when the issue is resolved?  If we dont see any in the next 24 hours should we contact you again for an update on the issue?

That is correct, once the issue has been resolved by Target you should receive your orders.  If you don't see any within the next 24 hours you could definitely call for an update, although because we don't know what the specific issue is it could take longer.  So it's up to you if you want to call us and see if we have any updates for you.
