Is anyone else having issues acknowledging an order?

 My customer is constantly telling me that orders are not being accepted!!

Hi Cassandra,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center. I'm sorry you are having problems with acknowledging orders. It could be a couple of things: either they need a Functional Acknowledgement (which is something we transmit on your behalf) or they are looking for a Purchase Order Acknowledgement (which is something that would need to be sent from your WebForms account).

Can you give me an example of an order so I can take a look?
