I would recommend reviewing this link for reasons why an option can be crossed off. If none of these reasons apply to you, please provide me with the PO number and I would be happy to take a look.

Hi Brandon,
C&S order 427433 doesn't apply to any of those listed on the check list. Costco Canada, 10350309103 is passed the cancelled due date.

Hello Kassie,

For the Costco order, you may want to clarify with them that they still want the products. If they do then you can see if they will send a PO Change or a new version of the order with an updated shipping window.

For the C&S order, can you help me narrow things down by confirming your company name?

So I was actually able to get that Costco order opened up for you. For the C&S order, it looks like you just need to clear your temporary internet files, refresh the page and try accessing the next steps options again. That should open up those options for you.
