Why won't my invoices load?

When I go to invoice a C&S order, it says "Please wait, your form is loading" but does not do anything. I have waited for 10 minutes and nothing happened. Can you please help with this?

Hi Brittni,

Thank you for posting! This is typically something to do with Java, which is used to load all of our forms on WebForms. I have included some helpful Java troubleshooting here. Java troubleshooting often is browser specific as well. For Firefox, often Java needs to be enabled in the upper left hand corner by clicking on the icon that looks like a red lego, and changing it from "Block Plug in" to "Allow and Remember." It may also be that you need to update your Java settings. I would advise following the troubleshooting steps, and let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Brittni,

Sorry to hear you are having problems loading your forms.  There are a few things that can cause this.  More than likely it is related to java not communicating with your browser (via plugins).  Are you able to tell me which browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome) you are using to load forms?  This will help me get you to the right place to view the settings.

Are you receiving any pop up security messages asking you to allow or run the java program, or are you only the please wait your form is loading screen?
