Invoices & Payment not matching.....SPS invoice entered as taxable??

Payment of Grainger Invoices is not matching amount invoiced. Accts Payable at Grainger said that it is an SPS issue...that the invoice completed through SPS comes through as TAXABLE. However, we never enter any dollar amount into the taxable field. This problem is causing invoicing/payment not matching.

Hi Lois,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center!  I would like to help you with this issue, but need to get some additional information.  Once I get that information we can get in touch with Grainger and find out where the discrepancy is occurring.  I will send you an email and assign a case for this outside of this thread.   Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks!
