invoices not being picked up

I have a few invoices on webforms that have not been picked up yet.   Our company is DrTungs.  Thank you.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

If sent documents are sill in bold and have the envelope next to them, indicating they are still in transit and the connection is in production there are two things that could be going on.

One is, depending on the amount of data going through the data center, and the amount of time they have been in transit, they may still be working their way through the system and have not been fully sent over to your trading partner yet.  A good rule of thumb is about 6 hours of possible transit time during peak data delivery times.

However, if the connection is in production, and it has been over six hours, and you do not usually see the sent documents as in bold and with the envelope icon, there may be something wrong.  If this is the case, please call or email our Support Team, they can open a case for you and research the issue to determine if something needs to be done.

If your connection is still owned by your dedicated implementation analyst, you will want to reach out to them directly and they can resolve the issue for you. If you do not know their contact information, you can always call the Support Team and they can transfer you to them.
