Invoices are not getting to Daimler

A number of invoices were sent to Daimler on Friday.  We haven't done many invoices so I went to double check with Daimler to make sure they went through.  They have not received any of them.

Good afternoon Mike,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support Center.  I have taken a look at your Webforms account and I do not see that any invoices were sent to Daimler on Friday.  Did you send them from your integrated system?   I will need a little bit more information in order to investigate the issue.  Also, what division of Daimler did you invoice (they have Direct Ship, PDC, Manufacturing ect)?   I look forward to assisting you further.  Thank you!
