Why am I getting Invoice Data Error: Invalid UPC for Invoices sent to Loblaws?

Why would we receive error messages when sending DSD invoices regarding invalid UPC if we didn't change ay UPC in the system? (No new UPC, no new article, products' description OK on invoices)

That is a great question! Vendors can set up accurate UPCs with Loblaws by emailing cdm-vendorsetup@loblaw.ca. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The UPC error message that is being triggered is due to a system change that Loblaws is making. Please refer to my original post on this issue for information on how to receive payment for outstanding invoices, and please email cdm-vendorsetup@loblaw.ca in order to ensure that the UPCs you have been using match Loblaws' new system. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
