invoice screen not loading

Hello, my company name is XS Commerce, LLC and the order I'm trying to work on is 4502269942. When I try to create an invoice for this or any other order, it says that the Java plugin is blocked. I have tried changing the settings to "allow and remember" and have tried updating my Java plugin as recommended, but a message will pop up saying that the form is loading and nothing happens.

Hi Caitlin,

It sounds like you have done your homework - we appreciate that!  If you are able, could you please remove Java completely from your computer (from the Control Panel), and then download the latest version from www.java.com ?  You mentioned you have updated, which is great, however Java has been known to have issues when a previous version is updated over. 

After removing/redownloading Java, you should be able to "allow and remember" the plugin and have it load.

If this does not work or you would like guidance on removing Java, please let me know.
