Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I took a look at your account and there are a few things things that could be going on with this issue. 

Usually, if a document is not available, and it is a mandatory document and part of the set up, I would advise to check permissions off the New Feed page and make sure that the invoice option is selected as available for that account.  There are time where these get reset and need to be moved to the read/write setting instead of the none setting.  Please check this first to ensure that you have the correct settings.

However, I'm seeing that your account was recently deactivated and then activated again.  There may be something else going on.  I would advise reaching out to the billing contact that you worked with and varying that everything is working correctly and has been reactivated.

If you find there are still some issues, I would then contact the Customer Support team and they can take a look as well.  I was able to replicate these issues when I logged on to your account, but I'm not able to view or modify permissions.
