invoice in sent box not acknowledged

transmitted an invoice 8/22 and today 8/24 it still hasn't been acknowledged. please advise.

In regards to your inquiry, SPS encountered an isolated issue where this information is not updating to show that the transmitted documents have sent successfully. We are aware of the issue and are working to have this corrected as quickly as possible for all effected documents.
