Invoice Form not Loading

I am trying to enter an invoice but when I click on next step invoice choice I get a blue box at the top saying PLEASE WAIT.....YOUR FROM IS LOADING which has been on the screen over 5 minutes without loading. Closed and retried 3 times

Hello Monty,

This is an issue with Java loading your forms. You must have the most recent version of Java installed and enabled in your browser in order to be able to load forms.

We have some great information at the link below on how to ensure that you have Java enabled correctly to be able to load forms:

If you go through these troubleshooting steps, and Java is still not loading correctly for you, I recommend contacting our support team at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1, as it is easier to diagnose browser issues via the phone!
