Invoice error :How can I re send an invoice that was sent and it says complete but it does not show up in the sent section of

po 3640515554 is in pending, we sent an invoice that was transmitted on 5/22/2017 and the invoice does not appear in sent, we trried to resend invoice no. 62197 to Costco but the system is not allowing to     resend.
