INV DT33730

I cannot load this invoice to edit.  I have done all of the Troubleshooting Tips with no luck. 

(Java: uninstall, reinstall updated version; clear cookies, enabled all, etc...)  I tried to do an auto complete of the invoice (in desperation) and it is not accepted because of the terms.  I can't get into to edit the terms because it will not load.  Now what should I do?
