Information missing on ASN

I'm trying to process ASNs for different stores, but the Ship to section is missing all information.

Please see picture attached:


Did anything change for these forms in particular?

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Form do change over the course of time as we do updates and ensure all the forms are up to the current trading partner requirements.

However, if this is a Loblaws ASN, that would be a different situation.  We are currently having an issue with all Loblaws's generated forms.  Specifically, the ASNs are not loading in the ship to information as they should.  This has been going on for about 24 hours at this point and we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

The work around for the time being is to type in the ship to information manually or hold off on sending the ASN until we are able to resolve the issue. We are hoping to have it resolved within the next 24 hours.

Loblaws is aware of the issue as we work to resolve it.  If this is what you are experiencing, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.
