INDIGO's POs not showing up in queue

I had a couple INDIGO orders in my webforms queue and they have all vanish. The one im working at the moment was put in May 25. #4531344495.

Good Morning Gavin,

I was able to see those orders in your account and I can show you what you can change in order to see them in the inbox again. It looks like your months in mailbox is set to 3 months which would have passed as of last night.  You can change this setting by going to Preferences.



If you do not want to change that setting.  You can run a search for the purchase order number using the 'Search by Document ID' field (also located in the image above).  Please let me know if you are still having issues.  Thanks for your post!
