Thank you for your post, Annalisa!  I logged into your account and also noticed that there are no documents in your inbox.  I was able to search your account by highlighting all "statuses" and found a whole bunch of documents.  This post will be helpful in guiding you through this more advanced search. 

Documents will not go directly to archived, which means that someone with access to your account is archiving the orders.  If this doesn't sound correct/possible, let me know ASAP and we can reset your password.
