In Reporting, where did the red flag go, the action tool used for marking items?

In reporting there used to be a flagging tool (or action) for marking items, it is no longer an option.  The red flag was visible as recently as 30-60 days ago.  We have multiple users in the site and the red flags help us identify what has been reviewed, printed or completed.  Without this flag we are guessing what has been reviewed and what has not.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Can you specify which SPS Product you are using for your Reporting? For example, the URL at the top of the page when you log in? Our general Ad Hoc Reporting Tool does not have a flag feature, so I want to be sure I'm looking at the correct tool for you.
