Impossible to update items because any comparing criteria cannot be used

I received the following Netsuite error for a document that was attempting to import into my account:

"Import failed on VendorBill, internalID = NetSuiteID due to:  Impossible to update items because any comparing criteria cannot be used."

When I look at the document, I am unable to find where the issue is.  Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

Thank you for contacting the Support Center. In regards to the error, the most common reason is that information sent does not match the order. This may be a for an item that was added or removed compared to what was on the order or potentially quantities were changed.

I would review to see if this is what was causing the error. If this is not the case or you still need additional help I would highly recommend calling into our support team at 888-739-3232 option 1 option 2 and an analyst can help walk through your specific issue and examples.
