Import failed on SalesOrder, internalID = [Failed before internalId was generated] due to: Netsuite call failed

I received the following error message this morning:

Serial Number: PCL12040096618 
Document Originator:Nordstrom 
Document Recipient: Baby Bling 
Document Type: 850 
PONumber: 06407046 
TsetPurposeCode: NA 
ShipmentID: NA
Import failed on SalesOrder, internalID = [Failed before internalId was generated] due to: Netsuite call add failed RCRD_HAS_BEEN_CHANGED:Record has been changed

As far as I can tell this 850 has imported successfully into NetSuite. Is it possible this if for a new store that is not mapped? If this is the case, would this still show up correct in the fulfillment portal?

Hello Terra,

After reviewing the error notification is appears that this was a result of a duplicate document being sent. The original 850 processed successfully through our system and appears to have been successfully integrated into NetSuite. The second copy that was sent hit a duplication error which triggered the error notification that you received. You should have no further issues with this 850, thank you for using Support Center!
