IM looking for a PO thay was not invoice from July and now doesnoyt show in my inbox

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

It seems like we may be able to fix this issue by changing your mailbox preferences. The Standard amount of time that documents stay in your inbox is 3 months but we can alter this in your 'Preferences.' Please follow the below steps to change your mailbox settings to be able to view that order.
  1. Go to your WebForms Inbox
  2. Click on Preferences on the left hand side of your screen
  3. Under the 'General' tab find where is says 'Months in Mailbox'
  4. Next to that change the months in the mailbox to the appropriate amount to make that Purchase Order visible
  5. Click Save & Close
  6. Refresh your page and try and find the order again
If you are still experiencing issues please provide me with the Purchase Order number and I can look into this further.
