If I am making system changes, what do I need to do with my connection through SPS Commerce?

Depending on the change that you are making, our Fulfillment Support team is able to facilitate that change or get you in contact with the team that can assist you.

If your company is changing the VAN you are using or updating the ISA ID, Fulfillment Support will be able to assist you in this change.

If you are making changes to your back-end system or updating from a VAN to an AS2 connection you will be required to re-test with SPS Commerce and must speak with our Client Services team.
