I'd love to be able to ship from multiple locations under the same account!

Recently, we added Homedepot.com to SPS. We have 2 different locations that we ship from. After all was said and done, we had problems creating shipping labels from our 2nd location. Once I contacted SPS they notified me that we would have to have 2 different accounts to ship from 2 different locations. This poses a problem since, sometimes we have to ship product from our 1st location for our 2nd location. I would like for it to be possible to leave the ship from blank so that we can choose which location we are shipping from. That way we don't have to go into a separate account to ship to the West Coast or East Coast.

Ryan, I contacted customer support and they said that we needed 2 accounts. One for one warehouse location and another for the other warehouse location. But when I contacted our Sales Rep for SPS he is unsure and I have been waiting for about a week to get information from him. Any advice?

I looked into the details of your inquiry, and what you were told is correct; you will need to separate Fulfillment accounts, one for each location. This will need to be addressed by either our Client Services team or your Account Executive; the number for our Client Services team is 866-245-8100.
