I want to print my shipping labels, but when I click on print, my printer options aren't appearing. How can we fix this?

If you are waiting a long time for your print preview pop up box after clicking print from WebForms, you will want to try and print directly instead of spooling. Before beginning any troubleshooting, be sure to cancel any existing print jobs.

From your Start menu, select Devices and Printers. Right-click the printer you will use for the print job and select 'Printer Properties'. Navigate to the Advanced Tab and choose the option "Print directly to printer."



If the option is grayed out and you are unable to select it, you do not have administrative rights to change this setting. You will need to speak with your IT department.

Select "Apply" and "Ok'". Proceed to print your document from WebForms.
