I submitted an invoice on Jan 29, 2014. Haven't been paid yet. How do I research?

Hi Anita!

I followed up this morning relating to this invoice via e-mail with you. What I did was provide you the raw data of a Functional Acknowledgement (997). In the e-mail I explained, if you are unfamiliar with this document, that it is basically a receipt saying that the related document was successfully accepted into their system!

Good afternoon Linda,

Thank you for utilizing the Support Center!  Your situation looks very similar to the above.  I show the Invoice being acknowledged by Nexcom on August 21st, 2015.  Outside of this, we do not have visibility into the actual physical payment.  You will want to reach out to your Trading Partner to inquire about payment. 

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you are told that the Invoice was not received as I see it successfully hitting their system.
