I sent a document but received a "Document Processing Error" email. How do I fix the issue?

A company will receive a document processing error email when data that was sent by your company failed to pass validation at SPS Commerce for your trading partner.

The email itself provides information on what document failed as well as a summary of the issue that needs to be resolved.  If you are not able to identify the correct resolution for the error message, you may reach out to our Fulfillment Support team for further assistance.
