My Purchase Orders are appearing Blank.

My purchase orders are blank. I have tried to follow the instruction to correct he problem but I need help. Please help!!

Hi Jody!

Thank you so much for your post! There are a couple of different factors that could be contributing that issue. If you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser, you will not be able to view your purchase orders. Because Google Chrome is not fully supported at this point in time, I would recommend Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you may just need to add the WebForms portal site to your compatibility view settings. To do this, you will want to be logged in to your WebForms account. You will click on Tools, or the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser window. Then click on Compatibility View Settings. Then, where it says 'Add This Website', you will have to ensure that it says 'hosted-commerce.net', then click 'Add'. You can then close this window and try opening a PO again.

If neither of these scenarios are what you are experiencing, I would be happy to take a closer look with you. Would you be able to provide a PO number that I could reference? Visit our Contact Us page for additional Customer Operations contact information. Thanks again Jody!

Webforms page is blank.


I just received a new webforms document today Harris Teeter:
* Grocery Purchase Order: 560569 but when I log in and click on Webforms, the entire page below the menu bar is blank. I've tried it on several computers, made sure Java was current, etc. Please advise.
