I need ASN's reopened so I can send tracking. Also, need to have a packing slip reprinted.

I have 3 PO's I am unable to resend tracking on. (Dropship ASN is grayed) and I packing slip that I need to reprint and open. I have opened case #01484367 with no response.

Hi Cathy,

I see that case was still showing as open on our end.  I've gone ahead and reset those orders for you so they should not longer be grayed out and available to you in your WebForms account.  If you search the purchase order number in the search by document ID field you should be able to find each of these and work on the necessary next steps options.  Please let me know if you have any issues.
