How do I accept a purchase order change?

I have been receiving "PO change" alerts in my inbox. What do I do with these?

Hi Dixie,

Thank you for posting in Support Center.  Purchase order changes need to be accepted in the order that they are received.  You will want to open the purchase order change with the earliest date.  In the upper left hand corner of the change style sheet there will be a few different icons.  To accept the change, you will want to select the icon that looks like a blue piece of paper with a check mark inside.  If you would like to reject the change, please select the icon that looks like a red circle with a slash through it.  If you are still having issues accepting these orders please let me know!

How do I know if I should accept it or reject it?  Does it affect it differently?

Hi Cecelia,

Accepting or Rejecting a PO Change is truly up to you and how you would like the PO you are shipping to be affected. Accepting the PO Change means that a new order will generate that reflects the changes. Rejecting it would mean keeping the order as is, therefore not making any changes to the PO.
