I keep getting a Java "Invalid Partnership" error when I try to do an ASN

When I try to open the PO acknowledgement or anything with the PO, it tells me "Invalid Partnership" and then tells me to clear my Java cache. I have cleared my Java cache several time and restarted my browser, computer, and even cleared all my temporary internet files. Nothing at all will work.

Hi Ben! Thank you for your post. There are a couple of different reasons why this error is occurring, and SPS will be able to resolve from our backend system. I will send you an email to obtain the information I need to resolve.

i work for Chobani and everytime one of the clerks try to log in to do the ASN's it times out. is there an issue with the portal?

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support Center. As mentioned
when we spoke today that the Portal was down due to system maintenance. Maintenance
is now complete and you should now be able to create an ASN. If you have any
