I have multiple trading partners on Universal Catalog v7, how do I make sure my items are valid for all their requirements?

In order to ensure item information is valid based on your particular trading partner requirements, click on the Validation Errors link on the left hand side of your navigation pane. This will list all invalid items and their corresponding retailers. In order for this item to be accessible to your trading partner, all errors must be corrected and validation must be passed. You can manually adjust an invalid item through Universal Catalog, or a spreadsheet can be uploaded again with all valid item information.
When an item is uploaded to Universal Catalog, it may be considered valid for some retailers, but not others. If it is not valid for all retailers, the item will display as invalid. However, the item will still be available to all retailers in which the item is valid, despite the fact that is listed as invalid. Since the item is placed within a Universal Catalog, it is marked as invalid until it can truly become universal for all potential trading partners.
