My Purchase Order is not appearing in my Inbox. Can you help me locate it?

An order appeared through the system and is showing in our order system. However, the inbox in my SPS Commerce login is not showing the order. I need to get the packslip right away. Please help me locate this.

I have not received the order, as of yet. I was informed that he is currently working on the situation right now.
