My invoice has not been paid. What can I do next?

The order was placed on SPS Commercie last year, it was one of the first received. Invoice number is 90412002 from Sept of 2012. I resubmitted in January 2013 and again in August 2013. Still not paid.

After a review of this issue and the invoice in WebForms, I think that you will have to contact your trading partner for further clarification as I can see that the document was received and rejected upon receipt.
