I got logged into your WebForms account and I see an In Transit ASN 01 from 3/5. I tracked it out and I show it made it to Target's VAN successfully. I am happy to email Target on your behalf to confirm they received this ASN. As for the In Transit document from today, it is common for outbound documents to show In Transit the same day they are transmitted.
