I can't print documents using Chrome or Firefox.

The only document that will print out is the "Document Action Results" cover sheet. I'd rather not use IE, as the SPS commerce domain throws up security certificate warnings on every page, as well as being cumbersome to use.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your post!  If you are using Firefox, you may need to update one of the options in the print window before clicking the 'Print' button.  Please put a check in the checkbox under the 'Status' column in your Inbox/Sent folder for the documents that you'd like to print, then select 'Print Documents' from the 'Select an Action' dropdown menu towards the bottom of your screen.  The print window should open up.  Please select 'Print each frame separately' under the Print Frames in that window, then hit 'Print'.  




This should allow you to print the pages that you need.  You will also be able to print multiple documents in your WebForms by using this method, but may still get the coversheet.  If you run into any problems let me know!  Thank you!
