I can't get to the orders. Why?

I don't know why I can't pull up the past orders and have not gotten any new orders. Is something with my computer is it something in SPS software

It is extremely frustrating trying to jump through all the hoops just to get a simple answer to my question, which is, Why can't I pull up my orders on SPS?

Hi John,

Thanks for your post! At this time I have a few clarifying questions related to your issue:
  • What internet browser are you using?
  • Are you able to access the portal? Your inbox?
  • When was the last order you received?
  • Did your trading partner send any recently that are not showing up?
I apologize for the list as it is a little long! However these are helpful clarifying things to help troubleshoot!
