Hello Rob!

Thank you for your post!  If you are having problems viewing the Purchase Order as it comes up blank in Internet Explorer you will want to add compatibility view settings.  I have outlined the steps on how to do this below.

1. Go to your WebForms inbox.

2. While in your inbox, click on the gear icon on the right side of Internet Explorer. Choose "Compatibility View Settings"

3. Add the current site to Compatibility View by clicking the "Add" button. The site should be hosted-commerce.net.


If you are using Google Chrome you will want to try to use either Internet Explorer and follow the above steps if you are having the same problem or try in Mozilla Firefox.
