Introduction
SPS Commerce offers various training materials to help you learn and optimize your WebForms account.  Below are some training materials to help new WebForms users get a basic overview of how to use WebForms and fill out EDI documents.  While we have a large training video library, we understand that a training video might not be your preferred learning tool.  If training videos aren't quite your thing, try attending an SPS Commerce webinar training or check out our WebForms User Guide.

SPS Commerce offers a calendar of webinar events, ranging from general WebForms overviews to distinct feature overviews.  Click here to view the calendar of events and to register for all available webinar trainings, or select 'Webinar Training' under Customer Resources from your SPS Commerce Portal page for more details.  Please note that all webinar events now require registration prior to the scheduled event.

If you're looking for a hard copy training manual, look no further than our WebForms User Guide.  This guide is a comprehensive detailed outlook on how to use WebForms.  Please note the information covered in the user guide is subject to change as we continue to develop our WebForms product, so be sure to always have the latest copy.

If you prefer watching training videos, below is a list of our most recommended videos for new WebForms users,  For initial overview training, please watch our WebForms Welcome Kit training video.  This video provides a general overview of SPS Commerce, EDI documents, and WebForms.



Navigating through Portal
To learn how to navigate through the SPS Commerce portal and explore available resources, you'll want to watch our Portal Navigation training video.  One of these resources is our 'User Security Profile'. By completing this, you are able to retrieve lost log-in credentials and reset your password without having to contact SPS Commerce.  Take a look at this brief video for instructions on how to complete you User Security Profile.

We recommend that you sign up for an account here in our Support Center.  Although this is optional, we encourage you to do this in order to post your questions, share your ideas for product enhancements, post a problem you may be having, or share your feedback with us.  To do this simply click "Sign up" in the upper right hand corner.  Then choose your preferred method of log-in. (see below)  Please note this is not mandatory to use WebForms, but recommended.




1 on 1 Customer Training
If you've gone through some of our other training resources, but just want to have individual training with an analyst, sign up for a One to One Training Session.  These sessions provide a full product walk-through designed to walk you through Portal and WebForms, from signing in, viewing your portal home, and how to exchange documents.  This training is typically a one hour session.  To sign up please email our Customer Training Team.
