I SENT AN ASN TO HOME DEPOT WITH THE WRONG CARRIER. HOW DO I GET IT RESET SO I CAN RESEND IT WITHOUT DUPLICATING THE REST OF THE INFORMATION? SOIL RETENTION PRODUCTS IS OUR COMPANY NAME.

Thank you for utilizing the Support Center!  Once a document has been sent, we are unable to pull it back to edit as it is already in Home Depot's system (much like an email).  In this case, we generally advise reaching out directly to Home Depot and advise of the mistake.  They will inform you your next best step, whether they edit in their system or whether they remove it from their system and allow you to resend.  This article is helpful to note the steps we take.  If they ask you to resend the ASN and your items have already been shipped with the other labels, you may want to contact our Customer Operations team at 1-888-739-3232, option 1 for guidance.
