I sent a price correction acknowlegement but the invoice still has the incorrect pricing.

I am having a problem with pricing on the invoice. I sent a price correction acknowlegement but when I went to send the invoice it still had the incorrect pricing.

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! When you sent the PO Acknowledgement, this is communicating the change to your trading partner. This will not make automatic changes to your account and the current order you are working off of. In order to send the correct price amounts, if you cannot manually edit them on the invoice, your trading partner will have to send an updated order with the correct prices on it. At this point you could make an invoice off of the corrected order.
