I need to correct an ASN, however webforms won't allow any data to be entered into the necessary fields.

I was given the wrong carton-case-pack quantity. Per the customer they will charge back for having to correct this information, thus I want to make the correction.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

If I'm understanding the situation correctly: you have a PO that you are trying to create an ASN off of and you were given the incorrect carton-case-pack quantity.  You would like to correct this before you send off the ASN.

However, the document is not allowing you to change what is loaded into the form.  If the fields are locked for some reason, that implies that the information was communicated in the PO and is loading into the ASN from there.  If the fields are locked and you are unable to edit them: the retailer has requested their trading partners not have the ability to change those.

If this is what you are experiencing, and the information from the PO is wrong, and you can not click into it and change that information: you will need to have a new PO sent to you the allows the ASN to source the correct information into the document.

If you are experiencing something else, I would suggest calling into our Support Team and they can look over the issue and help determine what could be going on there.
