I have updated Java and now when I go to create an ASN, it is not working. can you help?

I have updated java and now when I go to create ASN's or invoices nothing pops up. I usually have to hit "run" on the java screen, but nothing will come up at all.

troubleshooting on your own. We have noticed that some users have had
some difficulty while using Internet Explorer. If this is the case for
you, please check out this post from yesterday. Additionally, if you

I had the same trouble and whta I did is changing from IE to Firefox and now is running well.
