In the new Fulfillment, the "Send" button has been replaced with an icon instead--for send, this is a paper airplane! It will be visible on any saved documents waiting to be sent.
For creating new Inventory Advice documents, you will want to use the "Create New" button located in your Transactions Tab. Since the Inventory Advice document is free-form, and not based on a PO, you can indicate that you do not have a source document, and you'll be given the Inventory Advice option. You can use a template if you wish! If you'd like to create a new template, you will need to save that before sending a new document.
