I have been sent up on a new server and I cant log into my user/PW please advise ASAP

Annette,

I see for your company that you have a couple different usernames set up. When the password gets updated anyone who also uses that log in will lose access. Seeing as users may lose access and we would have to determine which username needs to be reset, I would recommend calling into our Support Team at 888-739-3232 and an analyst can help you with this. That way they can provide you directly with the new password to keep your account more secure.

In the future I would highly recommend calling in if something is urgent. This will bring around the fastest resolution.

Additionally, in your account there is a portion called User Security Profile where you can enter a new password and include security questions in case this ever happens again. This can be found on the left side of your screen after clicking on the blue SPS Commerce logo in the upper left hand corner.
